History

About six years ago, the shortage of places in Catholic schools in the Wandsworth area led a group of concerned parents to seek the support of an educational trust called PACT to help them start a new school. PACT had already founded a highly successful school called Oakwood in the 1990s and agreed to support the project. The resulting partnership between PACT and Wandsworth parents has been a fruitful one and, in September 2004, Oliver House emerged as the 'sister school' of Oakwood.

Back in 2004, there were only a handful of pupils but the school has grown rapidly since then and there are now well over 160 Oliver House children. In September 2007, a brand new nursery was added and the school campus was extended further with the opening of a separate Prep School in September 2009.
