Application Procedure
In order to register your child for a place:
- The appropriate Application Form should be downloaded, printed off and returned to the school, together with the relevant application fee. Please note the separate forms for the school and nursery.
- Following confirmation of receipt, letters offering interviews will be sent out. Those children aged 6 and above will also be asked to sit a short test in numeracy and literacy.
- After the full round of interviews you will be advised in writing should a place be offered to your child.
- To accept a place you should then return the form, and at this point a non-refundable deposit of £2,000 will then be payable, which would constitute a formal acceptance of your child's place. This deposit is held until the child's last term at Oliver House (see our terms and conditions). Thereafter a full term’s notice, in writing, should be given should you wish to withdraw your child from the nursery or school. One half-term’s fees are due in lieu of such notice.
- Full information regarding specific entrance procedure and requirements is sent out in the term prior to entry.
Please do not delay in submitting your application form as demand for places may be heavy.

The need for continuity
Please note that priority for the limited number of places available will be given to those parents who, as far as they are able, are in a position to give an assurance that their child will remain at Oliver House through to Year 6 and will not leave at an earlier age.
